Portable Full Size Weighbridge

The weighbridges are factory calibrated therefore requiring no special set-up – just switch the weighbridge on and your vehicles are ready to be weighed.

The weighbridge platforms are constructed from heavy duty welded steel, the S-Type load cells are durable and do not move. This way weights are recorded at a quicker rate. Electronics can endure adverse weather conditions, as sealed securely. Additionally, the robust design of the weighbridge ensures longevity and reliability, this guarantees you a low cost of ownership.

Each weighbridge section is locked into position using the Griffith Elder twist lock system. The system allows for both perfect fitting and quick and easy installation. The weighbridge is portable and can be mounted on a level surface with ramps at each end. The ramps can also be cast in concrete for a semi-portable installation. For a fully portable solution, steel ramps accompany the weighbridge. All cables are also plug-in for a quick fit.

The Full Size Portable Weighbridge has been designed in modular sections so that it can be easily dismantled and re-assembled. Pack the weighbridge into either a 40-foot container for shipment, or stack onto a flatbed truck for road freight using the twist lock design. Use a 3T forklift, hiab or small crane to unload and position each section. Additionally, eye hooks are provided in order to lift the sections with chains or lifting straps, pallet forks can also be used.

A large external LED display is available for quick and easy viewing of the weights from the cab of the vehicle. The traffic light and large display also inform the driver when to move on and off the weighbridge. The weighbridge can be used with a standard indicator or a trade-approved indicator. An extensive range of Ton-Tel™ Weighbridge Software is also available with the weighbridge.
