Weighbus Industrial for Full Size

The Weighbus Industrial Software is very simple to use. The risk of data loss and error is reduced. The truck is weighed after coming onto the weighbridge, the operator inputs the truck data and the truck then continues to collect or drop off its load. When the truck returns it is weighed again on the same ticket and the nett weight is automatically calculated. Known values are automatically filled in on the ticket to minimise errors.

• Password protected, only authorised personnel can operate.
• User groups and permissions can be designed by management to restrict operation and menu access as required, whilst administrators have full privileges to the settings and functions of the software.
• Embedded web server product – can be logged in and operated from any PC.
• Audit trail for every single data entry, (e.g. entering the customer onto the record) detailing who carried out the entry and what was entered.
• Software uses on-premise web server, with scheduled back ups saved to another location reducing data loss.

The Weighbus Industrial Software has customisable tickets, which allows managers to select the information that is required to appear on the ticket. Customisable note headings allow for a variety of data to be recorded. Printed tickets show sequential record number, all weighing data and data entered by default.

The advanced features can be hidden when not required.

Weights and other data are stored in the database for detailed reporting.

The reporting function allows all or some tickets to be selected based on criteria such as: date, vehicle, weight and any item found on the ticket. Unlimited report types can be configured, for example to select all of the information for one product over a weekly period. This information can then be exported into a report.

These reports can be run as many times as needed, or scheduled automatically. Reports can be emailed as a file to easily share with customers.

The software can be linked to our traffic lights, large displays, cameras, road barriers and touchscreen terminals, fully automated to function when the operator finishes a ticket.

Cameras are set up to take a snapshot with every weighing, images are stored in the database with weight record.

Traffic lights and large display systems direct vehicles through the weighing process. If overloaded the truck is directed into the police compound, if it is within allowable limits then the vehicle is directed back to the road.
