Weighbus Industrial for Single Axle

The Weighbus Industrial Software is very simple to use, reducing the risk of data loss or errors. The truck is weighed as it enters the site, and the data is automatically captured by the weighbridge. The ticket is saved, and the truck then continues back to the road. The nett weight is automatically calculated. Known values are automatically filled in on the ticket to minimise errors.

• Password protected so that only authorised personnel can operate.
• Management can design user groups and permissions, restricting operation and menu access as required.
• Administrators maintain full privileges to the settings and functions of the software.
• Embedded web server product – the software can be logged in and operated from any PC.
• Audit trail for every single data entry, (e.g. entering the vehicle onto the record) detailing who carried out the entry and what data was entered.
• Software uses on-premise web server, with scheduled back ups saved to another location to reduce data loss.

Tickets can be customised on the Weighbus Industrial Software. This allows managers to select the information that is required to appear on the ticket. Note headings can be customised. Printed tickets show sequential record number, all weighing data and data entered by default.

Advanced features have the option to be hidden when not required.

Data is stored in the database for detailed reporting.

The reporting function allows all or some tickets to be selected based on criteria such as: date, vehicle, weight and any item found on the ticket. Unlimited report types can be configured, for example to select all of the information for two products over a monthly period. This information can then be exported into a report.

Automate reports and data exports, by scheduling these to run automatically. These reports can be emailed as a file to share with customers.

The software can be linked to our traffic lights, large displays, cameras, ANPR cameras, road barriers and touchscreen terminals. These are fully automated to function when the operator finishes a ticket.

Cameras are set up to take a snapshot with every weighing, images are stored in the database with weight record.

ANPR recognition for license plates is also available. Registration results
& ANPR images are saved in the database. Changes to the entry by an operator can be reported & fully audited.
